The Atelier accepts all major credit cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased on https://theatelierandco.myshopify.com/ may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase for a full refund*.
  • To initiate a return, please email theatelierandco@gmail.com with your order number as well as the return request. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to mail your return items back to our store.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received, we will initiate the refund, which may take up to 5 to 7 business days to be reflected back in your bank account. 

  • Any product returned outside of the 15-day window is eligible for in-store credit to use towards another product of choice

*Any product returned within 15 days that is more than half used, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping Policy 

For domestic orders, shipping is calculated on current shipping rates provided by UPS. 

For domestic orders of $75 or more, we offer complimentary/free shipping.

For domestic orders within a 4-mile radius of the salon, we offer same or next-day delivery. Same-day delivery will only be honored if orders are placed before 9 a.m. CST.

All subscriptions qualify for complimentary domestic shipping.

Should there be an issue with your order or an item is no longer in stock, we will contact you directly and let you know.
